Please do not include access codes, identity documents, medical details or confidential information about other people.
The form also sends the website domain to identify where the request came from. It includes a hidden spam-prevention field, and submissions using that field are not sent. Hosting and enquiry systems may process technical information, such as request details and IP addresses, for delivery, security and fault investigation.

Your information is used to understand and respond to your cleaning request, ask relevant follow-up questions and discuss a possible scope. It is not a confirmed booking or an agreement for cleaning work. No payment details are requested through this website.
The form asks for your agreement before submission. With that agreement, your enquiry details may be passed to a suitable local firm so it can discuss the requested service with you. This sharing is for the enquiry you make, rather than unrelated marketing, and a local firm may explain its own privacy arrangements when it contacts you.

We ask for your agreement before passing enquiry details to a suitable local firm. The form records that choice with the request. If you do not agree, do not submit the form.
You may withdraw your agreement to future sharing by making a privacy request through the enquiry form. Withdrawal does not undo processing already carried out lawfully, and a firm that has already received your information may need to respond to your request under its own responsibilities. Service providers supporting hosting or delivery may process information as needed to operate the enquiry service.
Retention And Security
Enquiry details should be kept only for as long as needed to deal with the request, related follow-up and applicable legal requirements. The exact period can depend on the enquiry and any resulting arrangement. This website does not promise a fixed deletion date that has not been agreed with the receiving firm.
